Usability Survey & Analysis
In 2022, I collaborated with a UX team member to launch our second annual System Usability Survey. This survey was distributed to all users to gather insights into Quorum’s usability, with analysis focused on variations across demographics, products, and features. My specific contributions included data cleaning, developing the interactive dashboard, and analyzing how the results would impact retention, and ultimately company revenue.

The result was an interactive dashboard and a comprehensive presentation, highlighting key response themes, business impact, and actionable recommendations. This presentation played a crucial role in aligning product, design, engineering, and executive leadership on the importance of investing in product onboarding and usability.
