Go to Market and Product Releases

In my early days with Quorum while on the support team, I played a pivotal role in launching products in the absence of a dedicated product marketing team. For new feature releases, I contributed to product testing, enablement, and in-app communications.​

Fast forward to today, I now collaborate with our marketing department and have successfully launched numerous new products and features, iterating to improve the process each time. I have helped us to refine our process into a comprehensive and strategic framework, ensuring every release is executed flawlessly. A few of my key tasks for each release is listed below:

 

  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Facilitate cross-departmental planning sessions, provide regular timing updates, and educate internal team members with product overview.

  • Strategic Messaging and Positioning: Conduct the market research and competitive analysis to craft compelling value propositions and expected business impact.

  • Comprehensive Enablement Resources: Create in-app customer communication with Pendo, oversee development of enablement resources, help center articles, storylanes, and other marketing assets.

  • Post-Launch Evaluation: Collect and analyze customer feedback, evaluate performance of release against success criteria.
