• Performed a critical role in the company growing 10X in revenue over four years through building, maintaining, and presenting the annual roadmap for Quorum’s datasets, which is the backbone for the company’s core products.

• Conducted in-depth quantitative and qualitative user research to prioritize key features and develop detailed requirements for three teams of 15+ engineers.

• Leveraged emerging technologies, through being on the proof of concept team to build and release Quorum’s first AI feature.

Customer Support Specialist / Legislative Data Specialist - Quorum

• Maintained high-quality datasets at Quorum by conducting manual audits, managing automated data checks, and writing service level agreements.

• Developed comprehensive documentation, implemented a tracking system for issue resolution times, and prioritized technical issues for engineers to ensure timely and accurate data updates across legislative, social media, and other datasets.

• Utilized legislative and technical expertise to identify solutions and workarounds in the product to help users achieve their advocacy goals using Quorum, while consistently receiving a satisfaction rate higher than the team’s average.

• Led Quorum’s product onboarding program- teaching over 50 team members across all departments (development, sales, customer success, and more) how to use Quorum’s products and the value it brings to industry professionals.
